Answer: Neidhal is an online store . We sell our products only through our website(www.neidhal.com) and we display our collections on our Facebook page, Instagram and Youtube. We do not have a physical store.

Question: How frequent do you post Collections?
Answer: We post new collections every day on our website at 12 noon. Every evening, we share our new upcoming collections on our Facebook page to give an idea of what will be posted on our website the following day.(You can also follow us on Instagram www.Instagram.com/neidhalonline or youtube www.youtube.com/neidhalonline by following or subscribing us, you will be informed of new arrivals, promotional offers etc. )
Question: We have seen Facebook pages/websites similar to your brand, are they yours?
Answer: On seeing the positive feedback we have received from our customers, many people have started creating similar sounding pages/websites to attract customers. We are no way connected to them and we will not be responsible for any issues arising with them.

Question: Why are certain products which are posted on your Facebook page not displayed on your website?
Answer: We update our website regularly about the stock availability of a product. If a particular product becomes out of stock, we remove it from the website. Kindly check our website for more up to date information about stock availability of any of our products. We use our Facebook page only to introduce our new collections. We do not update stock related information on our Facebook page.
Question: If the product that I am looking for is out of stock (sold out), will it be restocked?
Answer: Customer service is our number one priority for us. If the stock is still available for us, we will try our best to source it to serve our customers. Please Whatsapp +91 7401184012 to check availability of any product. Please quote the product code of the item you are interested in.
Question: How do I place an order?
- Firstly, you need to login by creating an account (If you do not wish to create an account, you can login as a guest user)
- Then, select the items you would like to buy and add it to the basket (cart)
- Once you have selected all the items you wish to buy, please proceed to the payment.
- You will be requested to provide details regarding your payment
- Once an online transaction is completed (successful), your order will be created.

Answer: We want our customers to feel safe and secure when using our website. Our website uses SSL encryption technology (SSL Certificate). It is one of the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
Question: Is cash on delivery (COD) service available?
Answer: Cash on delivery is currently suspended due to logistics issues. We will resume the service once the problem is addressed.

Answer: We accept many different types of payment options. These include: credit card, debit card, net banking, Paytm Wallets and gpay.
Question: How can I check whether my online order is gone through (order is confirmed)?
Answer: Once payment is completed successfully, an order confirmation e-mail and SMS will be sent to you automatically. Please make a note of order ID (OID followed by 5 digits, ex OID60000) and use it for any further communication. Neidhal.com reserves the right to cancel an order without prior notice.
Question: How to cancel an order?
Answer: We do not accept any cancellation. Please be sure before placing an order.
Question: If I did not receive the confirmation e-mail and SMS after the payment, what should I do?
Answer: Please call us or Whatsapp +91 7401184012, we will assist you. Please check in your junk/spam email folder before contacting us. Slight delay in receiving confirmation can sometimes happen when there is high network traffic.

Answer: No, delivery within India is free.

Answer: PREORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED AS PER THE DATE GIVEN IN PRODUCT TITLE.Orders Placed on 22nd November are shipped on 26th November*. Tracking will be shared by sms and email on 27th November*
Answer: Tracking details will be sent via SMS and e-mail the next working day of shipping. We kindly request you to track your order with the tracking information provided.
Question: What are the delivery timescales?
Answer: PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY MIGHT BE DELAYED AND MIGHT TAKE MORE TIME THAN SPECIFIED IN TIMELINES. PLEASE ORDER ACCORDINGLY. Tamil Nadu (usually delivered within 1 to 5 working days from day of shipping) . Other States (usually within 2 to 7 working days from day of shipping).Due to current situation/restrictions there may be delays.
Question: What should I do if there is delay in the delivery of the item beyond the usual delivery timescales?
Answer: Please contact us on our Whatsapp number +91 7401184012 and we will assist you. Please be aware of factors beyond our control (such as bad weather conditions, strikes etc.) may delay your order.
Question: What do I do if the parcel is damaged or tampered?
Answer: Please check the parcel before accepting it. Please do not accept the parcel if it is damaged or tampered and call us immediately and let us know via email( Orders@neidhal.com) or whatsapp us (7401184012). We will arrange delivery of a new item subject to availability of the stock. We will not be held responsible if you have already accepted the tampered/damaged package and report any issues like damage or faults regarding the product after that.
Question: I would like to return a product, what should I do?
Answer: We do not accept returns. Products will be eligible for replacement, only in the case where there is genuine damage and it is reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product via whatsapp ( +91 7401184012 ) or email ( firstname.lastname@example.org ).

The measurements of the fabrics can vary from one manufacturer to another. Usually, fabric top measurements start from 1.9 meters. If you have any specific or strict requirement, we request you to check for measurements before purchasing to avoid any disappointment. Washing Instructions (Garment Care)
- The first wash should always be a dry cleaning.
- The heavier the work/ embroidery, the more care the garment needs. So dry clean is a must for such garments.
- For the clothes that are suitable for washing, we advise hand washing with mild detergent for initial few washes.
- Use a dry clean method to increase the longevity of garments.
- Handloom suits need to be washed prior to stitching.
- Silk, Banaras, net fabrics need special care and we advise dry cleaning only.
- Cotton fabrics might bleed (discharge dye) during initial few washes. So please wash them separately.
- Block prints will have variation in colour, overlap of prints, uneven prints etc. They are authentic characteristics of the block printed fabrics.
- There is no guarantee for colours, fabric, thread work, mirror work, zari etc.
- Please wear your garments carefully and handle them with care as the embroideries, beading, sequencing etc are delicate works and need careful handling. We cannot be held responsible for negligence of maintenance of the garments at your part.
The actual product colour may slightly vary from the picture posted on our website. As you probably know, it is very difficult to exactly match the colour (brightness, saturation and hue) of the website picture to the natural colour of the product. There are so many variables that can affect the image colour, these include daylight, artificial light, screen resolution and quality etc. Although we try our best to match the colour of the item, they may not exactly look like the displayed picture in our website. Please be aware of this.
