1.We do not accept any cancellations or Returns.
2.TAMPERED PARCEL: Please do not accept tampered or damaged packages, we will not be held responsible if a tampered or damaged package is accepted and the product is found to be damaged later on. Please report to us about this within 24 hours via email ([email protected])that the parcel was not accepted due to damage or tampered. Please mention order ID and write in the subject/title section as ‘’TAMPERED PARCEL’’. We can either Process Refund or Exchange with same item if available or any other item, After the parcel reaches us. All Commucation will be done through email.
3.DAMAGED or WRONG ITEM/PRODUCT: Returns are accepted only in case of genuine damaged/wrong product. An unedited and uncut package opening video is required. If you have received damaged/wrong product, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item through the following email address, [email protected]. Please mention your order ID and write in the subject/title section as “DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM”. Please include the details of the issue along with the picture and vidoe of the Product. After we acknowledge your email, please ship the parcel back to us only via Indian Parcel Postal service within 1 or 2 days, to the following address: (NEIDHAL, no 34, 1st Foor, Unit 5, Butterfly Gandhimathi Building, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai -600130, Tamil Nadu , 600130, PH: 7401184012). Shipping cost will be credited back to you within 7 days of receiving the item. We can either initiate Refund or Exchange with same item if available or any other item with in 7 days of receiving the item.
4.All Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original intact tags and /or packaging if applicable. If the returned item has any stains, body odours, perfume scents, any kind of marks, damages or water stains, we will not accept the item for returns
5.Only the cost of the item can be considered and can be exchanged with any of our product/s of equal value.
6.We do not accept returns for items returned due to mismatch to your colour expectation. As you probably know, it is very difficult to exactly match the colour (brightness, saturation and hue) of the website picture to the natural colour of the product as there are so many variables that can affect this. Although we try our best to match the colour of the item, they may not exactly look like the displayed picture in our website. We also do not accept returns due to the different texture “feel’’ of the material.Products with block prints, Kalamkaris will have stains, misprints, overlapped prints etc. They are authentic characteristics of a handmade product and therefore cannot be considered as damage or fault.
7.Items ordered with special discount coupons, time specific gift vouchers or any promotional discounts/gifts cannot be returned.
8.If the Shipment is returned back to us due to incomplete address, wrong address, no answer or no receiver available, we will deduct Rs 120 per product (within Southern States) and Rs 160 per product (Rest of India). We will add the remaining balance amount as wallet points to your digital wallet on our website. These wallet points can be used on your future purchases. The wallet points are valid for two years from the date it has been added and cannot be transferred. No refund will be provided on this case.
Refund Policy
Once the return is received, we shall inspect and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We shall then cancel the order and initiate refund or provide exchange, These information will be shared to you by email and sms. Refunds are credited back to the source account/card/wallet from which the payment was done initially.
The refund will be credited in 1-7 working days which depends on your bank's processing time.
